Healing is not about fixing something that's broken. It's about returning to yourself.

I believe we each carry an innate capacity for healing and growth. My work offers space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the wisdom that is already within you.

Psychotherapy

Therapy can offer a space to understand your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and create meaningful change. I work collaboratively, drawing from EMDR, parts work, somatic mindfulness, and other experiential approaches.

I work with adults and teens experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and questions of identity and spirituality.

Sound Immersions

Sound immersions invite the body and nervous system to slow down and settle through the vibrations and tones of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other therapeutic instruments.

I offer sound immersions for groups, creating space for rest, presence, and reconnection. I keep talking to a minimum and let the instruments do the work.

A little about me

I'm Meghan, a clinical mental health counselor and sound healing practitioner.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing is a process of coming home to ourselves—listening to the body, tending compassionately to what needs attention, and reconnecting with our own inner wisdom.

My work brings together psychotherapy, experiential approaches, and my longstanding interest in the ways in which energy, sound, spirituality, and the body can support healing.
